Erika Moore is a complex, dynamic, and inspiring individual. I’ve been fortunate to work with her and get to know her on a personal level. In this conversation, we discuss the deep connection between movement, creativity, and personal evolution. Erika shares her journey from studying dance and biomedical engineering to working in DEI, arts administration, and eventually launching her own business. She highlights how somatic intelligence—the body's ability to hold and process knowledge—has shaped her understanding of work, art, and life. Through study, experience, dance, triathlons (including competing in the World Triathlon for Team USA), and personal reflection, Erika discusses how listening to the body and foregrounding process intelligibly defines and determines success.
