loveMELT newsletter #018: Making Moves >>> substack

Can you believe it’s been two years since I started sending you loveMELT newsletters?
That is…
W - where did the time go?
I - I’m still chugging along on my latest artwork collection
L - loveMELT has grown into its own beautiful beast
D - do or die, it’s time to get paid for what I create
So I’m making moves and have found a new home for loveMELT. It’s called substack. It’s built for writers and is a place for me to share my work in a community, not run by Meta, that provides you a space for selective, meaningful information and conversation and provides me ownership of my work and dignity as an artist. You can learn more about it here.
Don’t worry, if you already receive loveMELT newsletters, you’ll continue to receive them directly to your inbox from my substack site (you may need to pull the newsletter over to your inbox from the 'promotions' tab or mark it 'not spam').
What’s different is that I’ll now be able to offer different subscription levels. If you maintain a free subscription, you’ll receive my occasional public posts to your inbox. If you level up, you’re in for more.
Paid loveMELT Subscriptions include:
Specially crafted music playlists – I’m told I make a mean list (all genres and archives included)
Inspirations and behind-the-scenes works-in-progress and writings not posted elsewhere
First dibs and unique deals on select works up-and-coming
loveMELT Founding Member Benefits include:
All of the Paid Subscription benefits
Limited Time Offer: A handmade fabric corner bookmark and handwritten letter mailed to you
Whichever route you decide to take, you can always change it up down the line. I appreciate your readership, feedback, and support and look forward to creating more for you.
And since we’re back to the month that started loveMELT, here’s the OG playlist one more time:
PS-
I’m reading my poetry at Highbury Pub for Rogue Lit Night hosted by Pete’s books this Sunday, Feb 5th, at 8pm. See you there.
Always Love,
Sadie
